This policy explains how nernayam handles personal data collected through the waitlist form on nernayam.com.

What we collect
When you submit the waitlist form, we collect:
- Your email address — so we can email you when the product launches.
- Your name — used to personalise the welcome email.
That’s it. We don’t set tracking cookies, we don’t use session cookies, and we don’t fingerprint your browser.
Why we collect it
To email you when nernayam is ready to use, and occasionally after launch with product updates and milestones we think you’d want to hear about. No advertising, no third-party marketing, no newsletter fluff.
How long we keep it
We keep your email until you ask us to remove you. Before launch, we use it to notify you when nernayam is ready. After launch, we may send occasional product updates — new features, milestones, things we think you’d actually want to know about. Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe.
You can ask us to delete you any time by replying to any email from us or writing to team@nernayam.com. We’ll confirm within seven days.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to how we use it. Email team@nernayam.com with your request. We’ll respond within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we’ll email everyone on the waitlist before the change takes effect.
